Our services begin with Pre-Construction and end with a successful project – and a satisfied customer.

The beginning of the construction phase engages and interfaces all departments within our company, including Safety, Purchasing, Project Management, Scheduling, Project Engineering, Labor Analysis, QA/QC, Accounting, Warehousing, and Payroll. Supervisory personnel are selected based on past experience, project type, customer, and the scope of the overall project.

Specific Construction Services Include:

  • Review and development of project and man-loaded schedule
  • Detailed tracking and review of field labor and productivity
  • Development of a procurement and submittal schedule
  • Development of layout and coordination drawings for field installation
  • Clash detection and detailed review of field details and layouts performed by in-house CAD/BIM personnel during MEP coordination process
  • Identification of schedule milestones and incorporation into resource planning
  • Establishment of project logistics plan concerning material handling
  • Establishment of areas of responsibility among supervisory personnel
  • Creation of a pre-punch list prior to completion and prior to those generated by the design team
  • Significant attention to documentation throughout the course of the project, from the procurement and submittal process through to final closeout
