The SoNo Collection is a 900,000+ sqft high-end retail shopping destination, featuring cutting-edge modern design and demanding architectural lighting and aesthetics.

The finished space includes Bloomingdales and Nordstrom anchor stores (totaling 300,000 sqft), 80-100 small shop retailers (350,000 sqft), and over 250,000 sqft of public commons area including indoor/outdoor sculpture garden, rooftop SoNo garden, exterior public plazas, and more.

Ducci’s scope on this project included all electrical normal and emergency power distribution for the entire facility and to each tenant space (over 75 miles of feeder wire alone), a demanding and tightly coordinated architectural lighting package, a complete fire alarm system, the entire parking facility, and the surrounding traffic intersection work.
